Willow is using Michael’s medical proxy to restrict who can see him and this is driving Carly insane. But Willow is only being nasty because Carly was nasty first, endangering Willow’s custody of her and Michael’s children.
As we can see, Willow is capable of getting down and dirty with Snarly and we predict we haven’t seen the last of the bitter wars between these two.

If Carly finds out about Drew and Nina sleeping together, would she use that information to blackmail Nina? Absolutely she would!
Carly could take that info and use it to force Nina to convince Willow to surrender Michael’s medical to proxy her.
That would allow Carly and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to be in charge of what happens to him but what does Willow get out of it? Carly could relent on the custody fight.
That’s a win-win situation for the women but it also allows Nina to keep her relationship with Willow—for now!
