General Hospital Comings & Goings Nov 4-8: Three Goodbyes, One Wake-Up Call + New Character Alert

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal some explosive moments during the week of November 4 to 8 as sweeps month officially hits the land of Port Charles.

There are a ton of casting changes on the horizon, so it’s time to dive into what fans should expect over the next five days.

GH Spoilers: Saying Goodbye …

Three characters ended their run on the soap last week, with the big one being Sam McCall’s untimely and shocking death. While fans knew Kelly Monaco was wrapping up her 20-year run as Sam, and they knew the character was slated to be killed off, the way it all went down certainly caught viewers and the residents of Port Charles, completely off guard.

After all, Sam’s liver transplant seemed very standard, and everyone was more concerned about Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) condition.

More loved ones will likely learn about Sam’s demise during the week of November 4-8, and the fallout of her passing will potentially continue for weeks.

In other exit news, Heather Webber also left town, marking Alley Mills’s exit from the soap. She replaced actress Robin Mattson in 2022.

GH Spoilers: Two Debuts On The Horizon …

Speaking of Lulu, GH spoilers suggest that viewers can expect the comatose mom to wake up at some point soon, as Alexa Havins makes her debut on the show.

As we are in November sweeps, Lulu will likely awaken sometime this month. But how will she feel when she knows what’s happened to Sam?

How will Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) feel when he realizes his ex will be okay, thanks to Sam?

In addition, fans need to gear up for the debut of Kai, played by actor Jens Austin Astrup. Kai will enter storylines as a possible new love interest for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), sometime this month. Trina and Kai will meet at PC University, so will the two have chemistry?
