First thing to remember, Kody and Christine were spiritually married on March 25, 1994. But now Kody has said in the Tell Alls the marriage to Christine was because she was “polygamist royalty.” Likewise, he believed her family name could help his status in the church. When Christine Brown left Kody Brown they had been married for twenty-six years. However several other contributing factors show that Kody’s “kingdom” was crumbling beneath him.

Undoubtedly, any Sister Wives fan can tell that Kody Brown thinks highly of himself. Although he has a huge level of self-confidence, it often falls into the category of arrogance instead.

Throughout the eighteen seasons, Kody portrayed himself as the man that the entire Brown family’s world revolved around.

However, within the last few years, that narrative began to dispel. Undeniably, with three of his wives choosing to part ways and many of his children struggling with him as well, Kody’s “kingdom” wasn’t stable.

As one by one, Christine, Janelle, and Meri Brown began to live away from Kody, his rage grew. But fans picked up on a major point that shows David Woolley has dethroned Kody.
