“Close Doors Bring Greater Things” – Dominic Zamprogna
Dominic called Kelly’s performances during her last days on the show as “amazing” and “impressive.” He also added that after working with Kelly for so many years, he had gotten to know her better, which wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.
He described her as a remarkable person “tough as nails and admirable in so many ways.” He also playfully mentioned, that “It’s cool to be her friend.”
He also said their bond would continue to grow, “It won’t end,” although “there is still an ending because you’re not working with someone anymore.”
Clearly, the actors had spent so much time together on set, making her departure a difficult moment for them.
The actor also revealed a piece of advice he gave Kelly as they parted ways on set. Dominic said, “I’ve found that the greatest things in my life have come when it feels like a door is closing.”
He added, “So I was really trying to emphasize that to Kelly.”
