Wanting Updates

After Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) informed Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) of his decision to accept Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) proposal, she started to feel anxious.

Now, she turns to her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), to see what information she has uncovered. The main concerns Trina has may not be specifically about the medical procedure itself but rather if Drew Cain is trustworthy.

Portia had tasked Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) with reviewing all of Drew’s previous medical records, including details from when he first arrived in town as Jake Doe. So, is Trina’s inquiry focused on the procedure or her doubts about Drew-it appears that both elements are interconnected!

Worried Willow

Following the intense confrontation between Drew, Willow, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) , where Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)  stepped in, Willow is now filled with fear.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)  was present at Willow and Drew’s home during Carly’s explosive outburst and witnessed everything firsthand.

As Willow reflects on Carly’s menacing remarks, especially those directed at Drew regarding his various personalities, she feels a deep sense of unease.

Overwhelmed with emotion, she confides in Nina, nearly trembling and on the brink of tears, expressing her fear that there might be some truth to Carly’s words.

Plot Backfired?

Ava is currently at the hospital visiting Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and updating him on her plot’s progress. She has made the decision to take the surveillance footage showing Ric’s brake lines being cut and present it to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), to blackmail her for the Cassadine estate.

However, Ric warns her that this may not be as straightforward as she believes.

Ava attempts to reassure Ric about his concerns, but will her persuasion be enough? Ric is not exactly enthusiastic about collaborating on a blackmail scheme against his ex-wife, who is also the mother of their daughter, especially when it involves his niece.

Finding Some Good In A Bad Situation

Elsewhere, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is seen in a law office, possibly her mother’s, alongside Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos). As Molly appears to sift through some documents on a desk, she suggests that perhaps this situation is the one positive outcome from her father’s accident.

Kristina struggles with her guilt over her actions, which were never intended to hurt Ric or Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst)—her target was Ava! Meanwhile, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Alexis are up against the wall, focusing on Kristina’s judicial commitment.

This commitment might actually be the silver lining, as it could help uncover the underlying issues Kristina has faced for years.

Pressure’s On!

Meanwhile, Laura is with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and her expression reveals her worry-Sonny inquires if someone is pressuring her to target him, which is indeed the case. Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) has been exerting political pressure regarding her “unsavory associations,” as he, Drew, and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) are all in cahoots to acquire Sonny’s pier.

The initial plans for the Esplanade clearly designated a specific location in Port Charles, and Pier 55 does not fit that description.

Will Laura be forced to arrest Sonny and initiate legal action to make her point? Neither of them desires that outcome, especially since Sonny is not currently facing any legal issues in Port Charles!

Carly Worries She’s Made A Big Mistake

In Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) suite at Metro Court, Carly opens up about her deepest anxieties, and it seems Jack might not be able to assist her.

Overwhelmed with emotion, she reveals that she might have inadvertently given Michael Corinthos’ (most recently Chad Duell) children to Willow and Drew.

Her frustration was palpable, and had Jason not intervened at the last moment, she might have struck Willow! Thankfully, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) was out of the room during that heated moment, which could have made things even more complicated.
